Responsibilities
You will oversee all aspects of your restaurant's operations. This includes:

  • Cost management
  • Inventory oversight
  • Cash handling
  • Customer relations

As a leader, you will set the standard for your team, adhering to all policies and procedures consistently. Your duties will also include:

  • Creating staff schedules
  • Ordering supplies
  • Training new team members
  • Recruiting staff

A profit-sharing bonus is available for General Managers based on effective cost management.

Qualifications
