Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team in Selah, Washington. As a Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and pack finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Operate case making equipment and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and activities
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
