Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is $27-29 per hour for full-time LPNs, with opportunities for overtime and a $6,000 sign-on bonus ($4,000 for part-time). We also offer competitive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, retirement options, and generous benefit time.
Job DescriptionAs an LPN at The Arc of Centre County, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals with IDD, providing personalized care and support. Your role will involve assessing the needs of our clients, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
You will also be responsible for administering medications, monitoring client health, and responding to emergencies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications- Curren LPN licensure in Pennsylvania
- 1+ year experience working with IDD populations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
