Job Overview

As a Master Data Analyst at Hubbell, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Master Data in SAP. This role requires an exceptional understanding of Master Data creation, usage, and sustainment. You will work closely with other Enterprise Operations team members to execute broader Enterprise Operations initiatives.

A Day In The Life

• Create, extend, and sustain Master Data in accordance with enterprise best practices
• Document these best practices as a Hubbell standard
• Collaborate with IT partners to resolve customer issues
• Work with Segment Materials teams to align and drive best practices
• Ensure standards are met and maintained for successful system execution

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Master Data processes in an SAP ERP environment
• Bachelor's degree in operations or business, or related field
• Proven Master Data experience, with a background in manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and use Master Data Analytics
• Ability to work independently and effectively across teams
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process definitions
• Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Ability to travel 25-50%
