Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to optimize productivity in alignment with corporate objectives.
2. Collaborate with diverse teams to anticipate demand and establish production requirements.
3. Oversee inventory levels to satisfy production needs while minimizing expenses and upholding quality standards.
4. Evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency and propose enhancements.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to facilitate a smooth material flow for production.
6. Utilize ERP/MRP systems to monitor, analyze, and report on production-related metrics.
7. Engage in product development initiatives to ensure the manufacturability of new offerings.
8. Implement strategic planning to boost productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling within the Manufacturing or Aerospace sectors.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated experience in production scheduling and inventory oversight.
- Strong grasp of Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability in forecasting and strategic planning.
- Solid understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- APICS CPIM certification is advantageous.
