Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent - Accident and Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client's call center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and utilizing product scripts effectively during calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize product knowledge to provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Identify opportunities for upselling and consistently meet daily performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database
- Use data insights to propose improvements to processes
- Handle a large volume of calls promptly, understand customer needs, and efficiently resolve issues
- Recommend enhancements for systems and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency
Benefits:
- $18.50 per hour
