Position Summary

We are in search of a Senior Program Manager to oversee a significant cybersecurity initiative.

Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Remote options available

Security Clearance: Top Secret

Role Overview: The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for supervising all contractor activities and will act as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience in managing government contracts, ensuring efficient task execution, and fostering effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the CO and COR, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Lead strategic planning, outreach initiatives, performance assessments, and related activities for the Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA).
  • Exhibit technical proficiency in policies and strategies related to National Critical Infrastructure Protection.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and financial reports to track project progress.
  • Establish a workspace to collaborate with contractor personnel and federal employees.
  • Regularly engage with the contractor team to discuss task plans and deliverables.
  • Ensure availability for the COR during standard business hours and address technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager role within government contracts.
  • Proven track record in supporting SRMA through strategic planning and performance management.
  • Expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policies and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in state and local government critical infrastructure operations.
  • Active PMP certification is required.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and its Stakeholder Engagement Division.
  • Knowledge of public-private partnerships, information sharing, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with critical infrastructure sectors such as Chemical, Emergency Services, and Information Technology.
