Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all company operations are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 standards.
  • Client Service and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Quality and Productivity Metrics: Meet all quality and productivity metrics, and identify areas for improvement to maximize quality and productivity.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain continuous learning to stay up-to-date with regulatory or industry standards related to Quality Assurance (QA) requirements.
  • Quality System Improvements: Identify potential quality system improvements to maximize quality and productivity.
  • Internal Laboratory Audits: Perform internal laboratory audits and keep management informed of identified findings.
  • QA Review and Approvals: Provide QA review and approvals as required.
  • Training and Development: Present, prepare, or attend training programs as needed to satisfy regulatory requirements.

  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Technical Laboratory Skills: Strong technical laboratory skills.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
