Key Responsibilities:

Quality Requirements:
Develop, implement, and uphold quality standards for product development and manufacturing processes within your designated areas.

Quality Oversight:
Serve as the primary contact for quality assurance, managing all quality-related matters from supplier materials to final product evaluations.

Design Support:
Participate in design and development projects, representing quality assurance and customer interests.

Process Enhancement:
Create, document, and execute methods for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection.

Inspection Management:
Ensure comprehensive inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and final outputs.

Quality Advocacy:
Promote and implement quality standards, inspection processes, testing methodologies, quality plans, documentation, and reporting.

Quality Metrics:
Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures for operational and management purposes.

Supplier Quality Management:
Review supplier purchase orders and establish quality requirements. Conduct internal and external quality audits.

Supplier and Customer Relations:
Collaborate with supplier and customer quality representatives to resolve quality assurance issues and implement corrective measures.

Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in quality evaluation within a manufacturing context.

Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Decision-Making:
Capacity to make informed decisions and take initiative to enhance products and processes.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
