Physical Therapist - Sports Residency Program

Full-Time Opportunity

As a dedicated Physical Therapist within our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals. Together, we will support our patients in reaching their individualized rehabilitation goals.

  • Conducting initial and ongoing comprehensive patient evaluations
  • Managing a patient case load averaging 10-12 individuals daily
  • Ensuring precise and timely documentation through Therapy Source
  • Analyzing assessment and diagnostic information, including medical records and surgical reports
  • Accurately transcribing and processing medical orders
  • Fostering continuous quality enhancement
  • Providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families as necessary

Key Responsibilities

We are currently accepting applications for our Sports Residency position. This full-time program is designed to provide a comprehensive mentorship experience alongside our expert sports clinicians, focusing on the treatment of high-level athletes.

Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within the first 90 days of employment as mandated by state regulations.
