Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an orthopedic physical therapist to become part of our collaborative and dynamic team. Proficiency in manual therapy is preferred, along with the capability to manage a patient load of 50-60 individuals weekly. Typical cases include: post-operative joint patients, athletes recovering from surgery, and individuals with spinal issues.

  • Conducting initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments
  • Average Patient Case Load: 10-12 patients daily
  • Ensuring timely and precise documentation through Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment and diagnostic information, including medical records and surgical reports
  • Accurate transcription and processing of medical orders
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families as necessary
Qualifications
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
  • Certification in BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment, as mandated by state regulations.
