About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project delivery, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
