1CFS is currently in search of Client Support Specialists who are:

As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering clients to live independently and joyfully in their homes by collaborating with them to achieve their personal goals.
  • Assisting clients with daily needs such as transportation, personal care, meal preparation, and more.
  • Performing light housekeeping duties, including tidying up, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
  • Facilitating safe transportation and community outings.
  • Engaging in activities with clients, such as shopping, attending events, and enjoying recreational activities.
  • Providing encouragement and coaching to individuals working on developing daily living skills and healthy habits.
  • Documenting the progress and achievements of clients during your shifts.

Requirements:
