Role Overview
The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships within the assigned territory. This position focuses on promoting innovative therapies for individuals affected by migraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
- Engage with healthcare professionals through both in-person and virtual interactions.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and territory call strategies to optimize engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing digital tools to enhance communication.
- Analyze internal reports and market data to identify business opportunities.
- Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and disease state information.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely and compliant manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in professional sales, marketing, or relevant healthcare roles.
- Must reside within twenty-five miles of the territory border.
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales.
- Proven track record of sales success and territory management.
- Familiarity with migraine therapeutic areas and relevant products.
- Knowledge of local healthcare providers and institutions.
