We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality CT Technologist to join our team at Riverside Health System. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing CT and diagnostic imaging exams on patients, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT and diagnostic imaging exams on patients, adhering to RHS policy and procedures.
- Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and respond to questions and concerns.
- Assist radiologists in performing CT imaging procedures, selecting proper protocols, and providing clinical documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and quality, preventing or reducing harms through knowledge and application of policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Prepare equipment, instrumentation, and departmental supplies to support quality patient care.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies and materials to ensure non-interruption of services.
- 2 years of recent CT experience.
- Radiologic Technologists - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiology (R) certification upon hire.
- Radiologic Technologists - The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Computed Tomography (CT) certification upon hire.
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) upon hire.
