Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a Family Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Smyrna, TN.

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on direct patient care, including face-to-face interactions and administrative tasks related to patient care
- Manage a Medicare Advantage panel of patients with an understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care environment
- Stay up-to-date with Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality
Requirements
- Holds a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Holds a current, unrestricted DEA license
- Ideal candidate has 2-5 years of applicable experience
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a guaranteed base salary with a 20% bi-annual quality incentive, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance/time, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, relocation and sign-on bonus options, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance/disability, generous paid time off/holidays, and minimal call.
