KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Directs recruitment efforts for various departments, managing both internal and external hiring.

  • Collaborates with recruiting and cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative recruiting strategies, proactively developing talent pipelines.

  • Conducts initial candidate screenings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing context.
  • Experience with various recruiting channels, including web-based ATS, job boards, and recruiting agencies.
  • At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing recruiting is preferred, along with social media recruiting experience. Seeking a high-energy individual with a passion for recruitment who is proactive, trainable, and adaptable.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Advanced understanding of State and Federal employment regulations and their implications for hiring practices.
  • Advanced capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
