Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.

- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
- A sign-on incentive of up to $12,500, contingent upon performance and tenure.
