Technical Implementation Engineer Radiology Specialist

As a Technical Implementation Engineer Radiology, you'll play a critical role in delivering care and improving health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and implement Change Healthcare Cardiology products and solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to design, plan, and implement optimal CIS (Cardiology Information Systems) solutions, meeting their unique needs and requirements.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical issues that may arise during implementation, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan, and implement optimal RIS (Radiology Information Systems) solutions, driving business success and growth.
  • Conduct onsite asset reviews, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transition to the Support group.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT experience implementing Information Systems (or related) experience building and configuring systems.
  • Experience with Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and MS server, IIS, and Oracle.
  • Understanding of Network topology and protocols, with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Active Directory knowledge and understanding, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, with expertise in SQL, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Networking, and Hardware.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MCSE and/or A+ Certification.
  • Security+ certification.
  • Experience with Medical Information Systems, Medical Imaging knowledge/experience, Dicom knowledge/experience, DSR knowledge/experience, and HL7 knowledge/experience.
