Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing the full cycle of accounts payable, including vendor maintenance and assisting in processing annual IRS Form 1099's. The role involves reviewing and supporting outsourced data entry functions, analyzing financial-payables data, improving processes, and providing insights. Key duties include entering confidential invoices into Yardi PAYscan daily, ensuring proper coding and workflow, and maintaining a monthly checklist for missing invoices. The specialist will also manage the vendor maintenance system in Yardi, assist in check runs, and ensure proper processing of mailed invoices.

Requirements:
