Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the accurate flow of documentation
  • Examine vehicle transactions for precision and completeness
  • Collaborate with management to maintain inventory schedules
  • Reconcile financial schedules
  • Process necessary paperwork promptly
  • Record new and used vehicle transactions in accounting systems
  • Manage rebate submissions to manufacturers
  • Oversee dealer trades and wholesale transactions
  • Post accounting entries for all vehicle sales and wholesale activities
Qualifications:
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Effective organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal capabilities
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
