Job Summary

Elite Performance Chiropractic and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the main doctor in the treatment process, including patient intake, therapeutic exercises, stretching and mobility exercises, postural analysis, soft-tissue work, and heat/cold applications.
  • Set up patients on electrical stimulation, ultrasound, intersegmental traction, and decompression therapy under the direct supervision of the main doctor.
  • Train on various techniques such as Graston (IASTM), KinesioTape/RockTape, Myofascial Release, and Functional Movement tests to treat and analyze patients.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, complete accurate documentation, and assist with administrative duties.
  • Ensure safe patient care by adhering to policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice.
  • Promote individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory education, skills competency, and supporting department-based goals.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be competent with general anatomy.
  • Ideal candidate has a background in health science, athletic training, personal training, group fitness training/coaching, nutrition, or physical therapy.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Environment

The office is located in the Westchase District of Houston. The position will start with a 90-day probationary period. Job Type: Full-time.
