Key Responsibilities
  • Code Deployment: Oversee the deployment of code from non-production to production environments, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices.
  • Defect Management: Identify, track, and manage defects. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between development teams and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve any deployment-related issues.
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for batch processing, ensuring availability to address and resolve any issues that arise during off-hours.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, defect management, and support procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.).
  • Microsoft Systems: Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business or equivalent.
  • Team Player: Proven effective team player.
