Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise and guidance on reliability engineering, assessment, and monitoring for all process equipment.
- Conduct reliability studies on existing equipment and recommend improvements to Operations management.
- Act as a leader and/or member of the area Reliability Improvement Team.
- Apply engineering theory, practices, and principles to perform failure analysis and conduct equipment performance evaluations.
- Participate in maintenance and reliability networks and share best practices, successes, and failures.
- BS degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience.
- Data analysis techniques and statistical interpretation skills.
- Systematic decision making, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and implement multiple concurrent projects/initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a "Change Agent" to influence/collaborate with leaders, peers, and technicians.
