About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our global team at Clarivate Analytics US LLC. As a key member of our Revenue organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth across our library software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer relationships and provide proactive solutions to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize value and adoption of our software solutions.
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of Customer Success, Account Management or similar experience managing customer relationships.
  • Technical experience with library software solutions from Ex Libris, such as Alma, PrimoVE or Leganto or similar library solution(s).
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization and secure delivery of commitments.
  • Experience using a Customer Success software platform, such as Gainsight.
