The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Inside and Mid-Market Customer Segment, you will be responsible for driving revenue retention and growth through proactive engagement with our customers. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing customer success plans, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on specific topics or processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Mentor and train new hires and select Customer Success Advocates, developing their skills and expertise.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects, analyzing data and providing valuable feedback to the CS ecosystem and leadership.
  • Lead CS engagement on high-interaction accounts, requiring daily intervention, meetings, and customer-facing requests.
  • Handle complex renewal and upgrade/upsell opportunities, with minimal input or assistance from management or peers.
  • Manage risk to customer success by identifying root causes and protecting revenue through churn and disconnect mitigation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Experience managing Inside and/or Mid-Market accounts.
  • Ability to manage accounts end-to-end without intervention from Sales counterparts.
  • Ability to meet stated targets consistently.
  • Ability to manage a robust funnel of retention, product migration, and MAC opportunities.

The starting salary for this role varies based on the employee's primary work location. Compensation depends on individual qualifications, experience, and other factors.
