Associate Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team at Wunderman Thompson LLC dba VML. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and provide creative leadership to a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and production, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, and effectively communicate the value and impact of our work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our creative offerings.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative agency setting, with a focus on art direction and creative leadership.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.
At Wunderman Thompson LLC dba VML, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
