Position Overview:

Soliant is looking for a dedicated and proficient Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a school environment. This position focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in students, aiming to improve their language skills and overall academic performance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the presence of speech and language impairments.
  • Create and execute tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to enhance students' communication capabilities.
  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and school personnel to facilitate student development.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in establishing educational objectives for students.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Florida state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
