Position Overview:

Soliant is in search of a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a school environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assessing and treating communication disorders among students, aiming to improve their academic performance and social interactions.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language challenges.
  • Create and execute tailored therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to enhance communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel to monitor and support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to assist in establishing educational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Florida state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
