**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Adams Outdoor Advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new locations for our outdoor advertising business.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in real estate or a related field and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential new locations for outdoor advertising
  • Negotiate lease agreements and secure new locations
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate Manager to develop and implement location strategies
  • Manage permit applications, renewals, and security matters
  • Develop and maintain accurate lease files
  • Support the annual budget process and provide input on departmental expenses
  • Work on zoning issues, including variances, extensions, and conditional use permits
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of lease rent payments
  • Negotiate lease rent reductions when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments within the DMA and across the AOA footprint
