About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Worker III - 3rd Shift to join our team at NOW Foods. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipping of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Receives and inspects incoming shipments, verifies quantities and condition, and documents any discrepancies.
  • Stored finished products, materials, and supplies in a safe and organized manner, utilizing warehouse management systems and equipment.
  • Picks and stages orders for shipping, utilizing a turret truck, dock stocker, or powered pallet jack.
  • Assists with inventory management, including cycle counting and reporting discrepancies to the Inventory Control team.
  • Participates in safety initiatives, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Operates powered industrial trucks (PIT) and equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience operating turret trucks, dock stockers, powered pallet jacks, and other raised platform vehicles preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing GMP and distribution environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals, desired.
  • Certification in at least one of the following areas: RSL Order Fulfillment Dock Utility, RSL Order Fulfillment LTL function, RSL Order Fulfillment Stocking, 391 BLM Receiving Warehouse, or 395 BLM Receiving Warehouse.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including different shifts and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to herbal aromas, dust, and/or airborne particles, some classified as allergens or irritants. The noise level is usually moderately loud, and in some areas, louder hearing protection is required.
