About the Job: We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager to lead our food service operations at Eurest, a leading provider of catering and food services.

In this critical role, you will oversee the execution of daily operations, manage inventory and purchasing processes, and ensure that we meet our highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Coach and train staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of food service management experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related operations.
  • Proven track record of success in inventory management, food safety, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
