Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide and support staff to strengthen employee relations.
- Ensure adherence to leave of absence policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze employee feedback and propose strategies for enhancement.
- Oversee compliance with licensure and maintain valid certifications.
- Assist in auditing employee documentation.
- Provide essential support to employees and serve as the initial point of contact.
- Work with management to ensure accurate performance assessments.
- Build strong partnerships with department heads for proactive employee relations.
- Address employee relations concerns through comprehensive investigations.
- Suggest innovative approaches and procedures to enhance HR efficiency.
- Organize and manage employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
