We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Advisor to join our team at Northpoint Roofing Systems. As a Roofing Advisor, you will be responsible for selling roofing systems tailored to our customers' needs through retail or insurance sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, manage sales leads, and build a network of referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the basic sales process for retail and insurance roofing sales and be able to discern when either type of sale is appropriate for a particular customer.
- Training and Development: Participate in weekly and daily training to improve sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing, with a preference for experience in both retail and insurance roofing sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with technology, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Other: Ability to travel, self-motivated, and a team player.
