Job Overview

A1 Roofing and Siding is a leading provider of roofing and restoration services, specializing in damage repair and restoration. We are dedicated to delivering top-quality solutions to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of storm-related damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to repair and restoration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions for their roofing and restoration needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Manage and pursue sales leads provided by the office.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial assessment to project completion.
  • Coordinate with roofing crews, restoration experts, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal teams.

Client and Team Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, field teams, and the A1 Roofing and Siding office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Earnings are based on sales performance and project management success. High earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76, $150,000.00 per year
