About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at North America's largest wastewater treatment facility. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical support and drive the reliability and maintenance engineering program forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process and procedures to ensure reliable and quality data into CMMS software.
  • Perform historical data analysis to predict repetitive equipment failure and rates using standard prediction models.
  • Strive for maximum equipment Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability and maintenance engineering processes.
  • Conduct PM optimization and develop optimized scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Develop audit programs to ensure efficient PM/PdM execution with safety and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a specialty designation area, preferably in a continuous or discrete manufacturing or operation settings.
  • Certification in any recognized reliability and maintenance program.
