Job Description

At Dynatrace, we're looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and optimal customer experience of our cloud-based software intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain service infrastructure for high availability, performance, and optimal customer experience
  • Deploy and update systems, services, and supporting infrastructure autonomously to streamline processes and increase efficiency
  • Focus on security and compliance in a highly regulated environment
  • Implement fully automated processes to reduce manual work and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with motivated engineers from diverse backgrounds in software engineering, system engineering, and product management

Requirements
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in at least one Hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Eager to work on high-scale, highly secure systems
  • Experience with scripting and/or programming languages such as Go, C, Shell, Python, or Java
  • Familiarity with Unix and Windows technologies, including DNS, SMTP, SSO, and Active Directory
  • Knowledgeable about SAML in the use of SSO applications
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, ideally with experience working with Kubernetes
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Computer Science Degree or related field and 2 plus years of experience
