Bassett Physical Therapy & BPT Kidz seeks an organized and detail-oriented receptionist to support our growing team. This full-time position will cover multiple clinic locations in Martinsville/Henry County.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be responsible for greeting patients and families, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, processing payments, and performing other front office duties under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients, families, and staff members
  • Manage patient schedules and appointment bookings efficiently
  • Process patient payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements:
  • Prior medical office administrative experience
  • Able to demonstrate physical and mental capabilities to perform job duties
  • Possesses good physical stamina and mental health
  • Basic computer knowledge or equivalent preparation

Estimated Annual Salary: around $27,000. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, term life insurance, and optional short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident, cancer, and hospital supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
