EMI/EMC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electromagnetic and Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMI/EMC) of our products meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to ensure products and processes meet E3 standards.
- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement E3 requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead engagements with customers to discuss E3 requirements, technical commitments, and future technical needs.
- Work across disciplines to ensure interaction with Mechanical and Systems Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering.
- Develop and own E3 Test Plans and assist with product testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the E3/EMI field.
- Experience in design and verification analysis of EMI/EMC, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation, Lightning, EMP, and High Altitude EMP.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- Masters degree or PhD in a STEM field.
- Current DoD Top Secret level security clearance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
