Requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize blueprints, sketches, and technical manuals

  • Understanding of ship repair industry and welding processes
  • Ability to weld metal using various requirements and procedures
  • RAPID Gate/DBIDS and TWIX credential eligibility
Working Conditions
  • Open-air conditions, including noisy, hot, and cold environments
  • May require standing on various surfaces and at differing angles, bending over, crouching, and climbing
  • Must wear hearing, eye, and head protection, as well as proper PPE when required
