We're seeking a seasoned developer with a passion for flawless systems engineering to join our world-class team. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, install, and support programs/systems

  • Analyze detailed system factors, including input/output requirements, information flow, and hardware/software needs
  • Validate alternative problem management proposals and decide on the best solutions
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to colleagues, including resolving issues reported by less senior team members
  • Lead design review meetings and coordinate activities, such as schedules and costs, for small project teams
  • Prepare and complete systems documentation and operating procedures
  • Evaluate and recommend the technical feasibility and estimates for proposed systems solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering and software development
  • Proven expertise in Python and C++ programming languages
  • Strong debugging skills and secure coding practices
  • Experience in developing CICD pipelines and DevOps, or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies
  • Experience with project management in a technical setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and secure messaging protocols
