Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll operations for North America, including payroll tax reporting and compliance
  • Provide oversight and direction for the payroll function to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Ensure internal and external audits and reconciliations align with policies and legal standards
  • Guide and develop payroll staff, overseeing external vendors involved in payroll processing

  • Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and develop successful processes and practices
Requirements
  • 10+ years of cumulative experience with US hourly and salaried payroll processing in multi-state and multi-entity environments
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or relevant years of experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
