Position Summary
  • Oversee and manage field operations, guiding a substantial team from initiation to completion
  • Mentor and cultivate the skills of Service Technicians and Lead Service Technicians
  • Utilize equipment such as high cfm air compressors, pumps, and torque tools
  • Execute tasks including hydrotesting, cold cutting, and field machining
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work adheres to established procedures and project plans
  • Maintain, repair, and conduct testing on equipment as required
  • Engage in training and uphold compliance with HSE and Quality Management Systems
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members and clients
  • Be available for on-call duties and travel as necessary
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the oil and gas equipment sector is preferred
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in operating and instructing others on equipment
  • Willingness to travel offshore and internationally
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
