Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees all aspects of culinary operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create innovative menus that showcase your culinary skills and appeal to our target audience.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality dishes.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing purchasing decisions.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dishes served.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Culinary Education: A degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
