Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly assess the cleanliness of the premises in line with Kumori standards.
  • Greet customers, guests, and visitors warmly and with a smile.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front-of-house area.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Accurately operate and balance cash registers.
  • Ensure cash control over the register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
  • Adhere to safety and health protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Must be energetic, friendly, reliable, and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Value teamwork and understand the significance of assisting and serving others.
  • Possess a welcoming smile and maintain eye contact.
  • Ability to organize, plan ahead, and engage in positive interactions with guests.
  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and sweeping required.
