Position Title: Takeout Runner/Packer

Position Overview:

Our mission is to blend traditional tastes with modern presentation styles, creating an experience that is both unique and memorable. As a Takeout Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly assess the cleanliness of the premises to meet Kumori standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and consistently with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front-of-house area.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash register balance.
  • Ensure cash control over the register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
  • Adhere to safety and health protocols diligently.
Qualifications:
  • Must be energetic, friendly, and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Appreciates teamwork and understands the significance of assisting others.
  • Exhibits a friendly demeanor and maintains eye contact.
  • Ability to organize, plan ahead, and engage in pleasant conversations with guests.
  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and sweeping.
