  • Regularly assess the cleanliness of the premises in line with Kumori's standards.
  • Greet customers and guests warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front-of-house environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Accurately operate and balance cash registers.
  • Ensure cash control over the register drawer and verify amounts.
  • Adhere to all safety and health protocols diligently.
Qualifications:
  • Must be energetic, friendly, and reliable, with a positive demeanor.
  • Value teamwork and understand the significance of assisting others.
  • Exhibit a friendly disposition and maintain eye contact.
  • Ability to organize, plan ahead, and engage in positive interactions with guests.
  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
