Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including their benefits, uses, and potential side effects.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on the benefits and potential risks of our products, as well as any relevant health and wellness information.
- Purchasing Experience: Facilitate the purchasing experience for patients, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Competitive Salary: $13.50 per hour
