Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a RN, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and advocating for the needs of our residents. Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission to discharge.
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations, taking charge to initiate life-saving measures when necessary.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Be a valid RN state license holder and possess CPR certification.
  • Have experience in nursing and a strong understanding of RN practice.
  • Be knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
