We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who excels at establishing and nurturing productive client relationships. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with promoting power generation maintenance agreements, non-contract labor services, components for standby emergency generator systems, switchgear, and diesel-driven fire pumps.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities, being proactive and hands-on when necessary.
  • Understand customer and market dynamics within your designated territory for both new and existing clients.
  • Utilize proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support your sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Consistently achieve company sales and profitability targets.
  • Commit to high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with generators and electrical systems.
  • A four-year degree.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
  • A strong service quality mindset, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
